The Artist does enjoy depicting the various seasons. Best known for his bird studies, he has excelled himself by choosing a special set of birds painted over 15 years ago to illustrate one of his favourite topics. They have been skillfully painted on an attractive darker background to contrast with the delicately painted subjects.
